JScholar wants "to curve the future of scientific world"

The "JScholar Vision" is "[e]merging on a custom of editorial excellence for framing the network that brings together the specialized journals to provide enhanced access to the research, reviews and to curve the future of scientific world." The journals promise publication within 28 days. At least, I think that is what the publisher means by "The duration for publishing an article is 28 days." The "Author Guidelines" also state that the articles will be plagiarized -- "The received manuscripts will undergo plagiarism (copying text or results from other sources) for its uniqueness and also self-plagiarism (duplicating substantial parts of authors' own published work without giving the appropriate references) by Quality Analysts.".

The ownership of JScholar is not obvious. Under "CONTACT INFO," the homepage has the address of JScholar Publishers, 185 E Homestead Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94087, +1 (607) 523-4092. But the "CONTACT US" page uses 18170 Dallas Pkwy Suite 104, Dallas Texas 75287, +14692832220. An apartment house is located at the Sunnyvale address.

That address, by the way, is also the address of Clerisy Publishers. The websites have remarkable similarities. For example,

  1. Here's the guy's entry in the Indian company register:

An out-of-date Whois record for '' (dating back before the present anonymised registration) confirms the address and the email account (

  3. I'm inclined to believe that JScholar and Clerisy are different entities, if only because Clerisy are more advanced with their grifting, having progressed to the predatory scamference market (

That does not account for the shared US address and phone #, but they could be explained if there is some guy in California who is happy to double-dip as the agent for both groups.
