UPDATE (6 September 2019)
For at least a year, TAPH has been spamming for an "inaugural issue" of
Materials Research International. The website still is devoid of papers. However, it is full of alleged editors. Oddly, within a week the names were almost all different. The list of topics for the journal also had changed. At least one link in the email was terminated because "The TinyURL (y4dsmxfj) you visited was used by its creator in violation of our terms of use. ... Such violations of our terms of use include:
